Gaff from “Blade Runner” by JAS
Not sure how this turned out since my coloring work sucked at it, but here you have it.

Here I wanted to illustrate characters for movies and I draw a comic book character turned movie. /shakes head.
Any fan will notice, which naturally I didn’t while I was drawing the damn thing, that I forgot the knee pads, elbow pads, and most important the damn handle for the sai in his right hand. Can you say, “Der der?”
This was drawn and inked in the ArtRage iPad app. Colored in the ‘shops.
Mr. Freeze inked and colored.
Aeon Flux was one of those great ’90s cartoons that MTV put out when they were trying to do more than just peddle pop crap.
It’s not a faithful illustration of the titular character, but who cares. It was based on a ball point pen sketch I made that was barely over an inch.
I can’t seem to stop drawing today. I’m not sure where this inspiration came from, but the desire to draw at this level hasn’t happened in ages.
Here is one that I drew for a friend’s son. He seemed pleased with it. :)
I love that fish-faced bastard and his infamous three words, so why not use him as a test dummy for painting on the iPad. :)

Here’s a test drawing I made on the iPad to get familiar with the tools, general feel and techniques used in painting using the Brushes app.
What you see here is playback of just about every stroke of the stylus I made. :)
